Today, its focus is on financing the physical infrastructure powering artificial intelligence — including GPUs and GPU servers, together with the data-centre capacity and related infrastructure required to operate them. Through regulated investment funds backed by real-world assets and long-term contractual cash flows, TradeTogether aims to connect institutional capital with the rapidly growing financing needs of the AI compute ecosystem. ## 1. What made you decide to start this company ? After more than a decade in corporate and investment banking, I saw a recurring gap between institutional capital looking for new sources of yield and emerging investment opportunities that were difficult to access through regulated, institutional-grade structures. That was the opportunity behind TradeTogether: to create a bridge between Accredited investors and new asset classes while maintaining the governance, transparency and regulatory standards they expect. Today, that focus has evolved toward AI infrastructure. The rapid growth of AI is creating significant financing needs for GPUs, GPU servers, data-centre capacity, power and networking infrastructure. Yet direct access to these opportunities remains largely concentrated among large institutions, private credit providers and specialised financing platforms. Through TradeTogether, we are seeking to make these real-world, asset-backed financing opportunities accessible to Accredited and Institutional Investors through regulated investment vehicles. ## 2. What are you most proud of since launching ? What I am most proud of is that we chose to build long-term foundations rather than pursue short-term opportunities. That discipline led TradeTogether to become a fully MAS-licensed fund manager and enabled us to bring emerging investment opportunities into regulated structures designed for Accredited and Institutional Investors. What makes our approach particularly distinctive today is our focus on AI compute infrastructure as an investable real-world asset class. Through our Singapore VCC structure, we are seeking to provide investors with access to asset-backed financing opportunities linked to GPUs and AI infrastructure, supported by long-term contractual cash flows. We are currently working on a pipeline of more than US$600 million in GPU and AI infrastructure financing opportunities across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with individual programmes ranging from approximately US$15 million to more than US$100 million. Seeing institutional investors and regulated financial institutions actively participate in or evaluate these programmes is perhaps the strongest validation that this is developing into a genuine institutional asset class. ## 3. How do you see La French Tech Singapore contributing to the success of founders like you ? What I particularly value about La French Tech Singapore is its ability to create an open community where founders can build genuine relationships beyond their immediate sector. For a business like TradeTogether, operating at the intersection of finance, technology and infrastructure, those cross-industry connections are particularly valuable. The ecosystem can bring together founders, investors, financial institutions, corporates and technology partners who might not otherwise meet. Beyond the community itself, La French Tech Singapore can also provide visibility and act as a bridge between Singapore, France and the wider international French Tech ecosystem. For founders building globally from Singapore, that combination of connections, visibility and international reach can be a real accelerator. ## 4. What type of opportunity are you looking to unlock next ? The next chapter for TradeTogether is about scaling our role in connecting institutional capital with the rapidly growing AI infrastructure ecosystem. We are particularly looking to expand relationships with institutional investors, family offices and financial institutions seeking exposure to AI infrastructure, as well as technology companies, data-centre operators and enterprises looking for financing solutions for their compute requirements. We are also interested in building relationships with infrastructure and technology partners across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America as the market continues to develop. Ultimately, we want to bring together the capital, technology and infrastructure needed to support the next phase of AI growth.
