Alexiane Motte is agile coach at Zenika. After more than 10 years in project management on equipment products based in waterfall methodology, she has discovered agility 4 years ago.

What is key for her is to implement agility in a pragmatic way, remaining faithful to the concepts while adapting to the context. She pushes to use the strengths of individuals and teams, appreciative inquiry, solution focus to create conditions to improve efficiency and team satisfaction.
